We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Holistic Care Supervisor to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our Service Users.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Personal Care Assistants and other stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of Hertfordshire Council contract specification and Chelmscare's policies & procedures.

The salary for this position is approximately £37,500 per annum, commensurate with experience. As a member of our team, you will receive full support to complete nationally recognised qualifications, including the Care Certificate and QCFs.

Job Description
  • Support people with everyday tasks such as:
    • Conducting regular supervisions and spot-checks on your Personal Care Assistants team
    • Providing daily support to your team of Personal Care Assistants
    • Organising and conducting competencies assessments on your team of Personal Care Assistants when required
    • Being part of an on-call rota (at least once a month)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
