Job Overview

Skill Provision is seeking a skilled and experienced High-Voltage Overhead Transmission Line worker for a permanent position in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance work on high-voltage transmission lines
  • Work at heights up to 75m on steel lattice towers
  • Conduct tower assembly and erection using a crane or derrick
  • Operate a puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-voltage overhead line transmission projects
  • Experience working at height, maintenance work on HV transmission lines, and high voltage OHL tension/stringing
  • Formal qualifications in a relevant field are desirable
  • A valid UK car driving license or international driving permit is desirable

Working Conditions
  • Normal business hours are between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Summer 26 weeks: 10 hours
  • Winter 26 weeks: 9 hours
