As a leading provider of complex care, we specialize in assisting clients with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and acquired brain injuries, enabling them to live independently in their homes. We invite you to become a Residential Care Assistant for our client in the designated area.

Work Schedule

  • Assignments typically last for two weeks
  • Consistent work with established rolling rotas
  • Zero hours contracts available
  • Commitment to regular monthly work is essential for continuity of care

Duties and Responsibilities

Our clients require support due to spinal cord injuries or complex physical disabilities.

  • You will reside in the client's home, assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, household chores, and social activities.
  • Your driving skills will be utilized to support the client's active lifestyle.

Required Qualifications

  • A compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Flexibility and reliability are crucial for ensuring continuity of care
  • Strong communication skills
  • A full UK driving license is mandatory for this role
  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check
