Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team in Chatham, Kent. This is a permanent position that will offer career opportunities and provide the chance to work on production machinery.

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer will be involved in site planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment. To be successful, you should have experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering. Additionally, you must be willing to work shift patterns.

Requirements
  • Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical
  • Multi-skilled engineer with experience in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with motors, sensors, contactors, relays, fault finding, and VSDs
  • Experience with belts, bearings, chains, and gearboxes
  • Willingness to work shift patterns
