Job Title: Electrical Contract Manager

The successful candidate will lead a team of 21 field engineers, managing electrical contracts and expanding the company's electrical services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of skilled electricians to deliver high-quality electrical works across various customer sites.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct site inspections, providing technical support and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Develop and present accurate quotations and proposals for electrical works, aligned with client needs and budget constraints.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency, managing financial aspects of electrical work.
  • Grow the electrical services department by securing new contracts and expanding existing ones.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and mitigate potential delays or issues.
Requirements:
  • An approved Electrician, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record, with flexibility to travel nationwide.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as 18th Edition Electrical Regulations and City & Guilds qualifications.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the seniority and responsibilities of the role. The estimated annual salary is £80,000-£100,000, depending on experience.
