About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management
    • Manage and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Enter financial transactions into internal databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Bank Deposits
    • Prepare bank deposits, ensuring all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Ad Hoc Duties
    • Perform ad hoc duties as required, supporting the Accounts Payable team in achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience within an accounts payable function, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
