Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an Early Access Program Manager in the EAP Team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end programmes from award to close out.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a HRBP or COE role, with a degree or Masters in HR or Business-related subject. They will be confident and impact-driven, able to coach leaders with complex issues and support them through change.

The salary for this role is estimated at €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

  • Entire life-cycle program delivery from program award to close out.
  • Full accountability and responsibility for success of the program in accordance with client expectations.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client companies with whom we partner for the provision of their Exclusive Access Programs (Expanded Access and exclusive distribution programs) and have overall accountability for program delivery.
