Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our successful team in Edinburgh. This is a permanent part-time role, requiring a minimum of 10 hours per month, with flexible working hours including Mondays to Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Process candidates' sign-in and explain the test process
- Administer and invigilate tests
- Ensure compliance with test centre operation and security protocols
- Perform general housekeeping duties
We are looking for a friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping. Experience in using computers, including Microsoft Office, is preferred. You should be flexible and able to work different days and times, with a willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support.
