About the Role:
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing them with the highest level of care and support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to provide excellent care and support to others. You should have previous experience working with older adults and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
