About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our regional customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Utilize product knowledge and expertise to maximize upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate and manage the customer journey, from initial contact to post-hire feedback
  • Administer hire contracts and ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service levels
