The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a 5-star level of service to our corporate clients, employees, client relationship executives, and partners.
Main Responsibilities- Work with HR teams to organize pension meetings and presentations for employees, using Outlook calendars and ScheduleOnce to secure adviser resource and provide a booking page for employees.
- Prepare adviser admin for employee pension meetings within agreed timescales.
- Prepare presentations from approved decks of templated slides within agreed timescales.
- Monitor mailboxes for queries from clients or their employees.
- Obtain valuations, contribution breakdowns, and other necessary information from insurers' online systems or by ordering via telephone.
- Obtain new joiner information from clients each month and issue welcome emails to new joiners.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure they feel comfortable asking for help at any time.
- Set up workflow within Intelligent Office to manage workload.
- Send regular communications and updates to corporate clients.
- Produce invoices for clients as required and chase outstanding invoices after 30 days.
- Assist with monthly MI by maintaining central spreadsheets and activity logs.
- Meet Fit & Proper and TCF requirements by participating in training, competence, and development initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of Foster Denovo's ethos, values, and strategy.
- Participate in company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
