We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Supervisor to lead our Customs and Freight Forwarding team at our Dyce headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customs and freight forwarding professionals, communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
  • Provide support to management, including recruitment and training, and motivate the team to achieve their best.
  • Ensure company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
  • Deliver quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Assist the Customs Manager with internal and external training.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Ability to answer team member questions, provide resolution to team member queries, and oversee team member work regarding quality and guideline compliance.
