  • Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the development of appropriate interventions and outcomes.
  • Engage in meaningful consultations with children, young people, and their parents/carers to ensure services are tailored to individual needs, reliable, and sensitive.
  • Deliver planned interventions effectively to meet the needs of children and young people.
  • Assume the role of Lead Professional when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering and evaluating leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people.
  • Experience working with parents and carers of disabled children and young people.
