We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modelling Engineer to join our team in St Neots. As a key member of our Engineering Manager's team, you will design, implement, and support new capability as part of a collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to participate in both domestic and international trials of your team's outputs while working with cutting-edge technology.

Joining a large project at the initial stages, you will help manage a small team through the production of Simulink-based models for incorporation onto FPGA boards. Your expertise in Simulink will be essential in modelling systems and providing ongoing support and continuous assistance during deployment.

Essential Experience:

  • A deep understanding of Physics/Mathematical principles at Degree-level
  • System Design Documentation
  • Modelling systems
  • Coding experience (MATLAB & Simulink)

Desirable Experience:

  • Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Experience with the FPGA build process for Xilinx targets
  • Requirements Management (Simulink Requirements)
  • Industry knowledge of EW systems
