Our client, a leading Intellectual Property firm, is seeking a talented and qualified Electronics Patent Attorney to join its dynamic team in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing a varied caseload of electronics-related patent work, including drafting, prosecution and opposition
  2. Providing expert advice to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, innovative start-ups and individual inventors
  3. Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and ensuring that their intellectual property portfolios align with their business strategies
  4. Collaborating with the wider team of attorneys and technical experts to deliver high-quality IP solutions

Requirements

  1. Fully qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney
  2. Specialisation in electronics, or a closely related field
  3. Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting high-quality patent applications
  4. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
  5. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
