About the Role

We are seeking a talented Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning and environment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of energy and infrastructure projects, advising clients throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage EIA screening and scoping processes, and prepare Environmental Statements, including reviewing technical input.
  • Lead environmental teams, overseeing Environmental Impact Assessments, and the preparation of environmental and planning-related reports.
  • Contribute to single and multi-disciplinary proposals bids, as well as the financial management of our project work.
Requirements
  • Strong environmental planning experience, preferably with experience working in the energy sector.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership.
  • Broad understanding of environmental issues and disciplines, with a working knowledge of different consenting regimes and development management procedures.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a track record of financial management of projects and excellent communication skills at all levels.
