**Job Summary:**

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support to their busy transport office at a client distribution centre in Dartford. This is a temporary role to start ASAP until January 2025, paying £15.08 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process orders through SAP and handle all administrative duties related to goods in
* Complete driver debriefs
* Answer all incoming enquiries

**Requirements:**

* Previous administration experience within logistics/warehouse environment
* IT literate (advantageous: MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to multitask
* Flexible to work on a shift rota basis
* Able to work in a busy and pressurised environment
* Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage

**Working Hours/Shift Pattern:**

6am to 6pm, working 4 days on and 4 days off.

**About the Role:**

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for all administrative duties, including stock allocation, dispatch, and transport. You will work closely with the transport office team to ensure smooth operations.
