Job Description:

As a Senior Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and testing regulated member communication materials across all schemes. Your primary objective will be to drive the best member outcomes while meeting commercial and regulated needs of the Workplace business and wider division.

You will utilise behavioural economics, Member Insight, and research to maximise the effectiveness of core member communications, covering transactional communications, product literature, etc.

  1. Designing and Delivering Regulated Communications: You will design and deliver regulated communications, literature, and supporting activity across schemes, supporting contact and engagement strategies for members. This includes working efficiently and within budget and timescale, observing brand guidelines and Tone of Voice, ensuring customer centricity at all times, and aligning to L&G's Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy.
  2. Collaboration with Agencies: Where relevant, you will work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials, ensuring they are delivering to brief and to budget, to meet commercial and business targets.
  3. Campaign Management: You will ensure appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to enable us to collate, analyse, and interpret campaign management information and insight, to maximise the effectiveness of communications, driving best member and financial outcomes.
  4. Customer/Member Insight: You will utilise customer/member insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver key messages, ensuring we continue to review, feedback, and improve activities being undertaken to support commercial objectives.
  5. Communication Creation: You will implement communication creation in a way that is maximised across all appropriate channels and updates on time, with robust test and learn activity to learn and evolve communications to maximise their impact.
  6. Stakeholder Relationships: You will build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and understand requirements.
  7. Compliance Framework: You will work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework to ensure communications and campaign activity adhere to Group risk framework.
  8. Close Working Relationships: You will develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across L&G Retail and Group, aligning learnings and customer journeys to ensure optimal results for both L&G and our clients, through efficiencies and one L&G approach.
Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, including evidence of budgetary management. A people-oriented individual with excellent communication and influencing skills is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timescales.

Key qualifications include an understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies, IT proficiency, and proficiency in using Quadient Interactive. Marketing function or creative agency experience is also desirable.
