About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Lawyer to join our Transactional Team in Manchester, Greater Manchester. This is a hybrid role that requires expertise in all aspects of conveyancing transactions.

This position involves managing a day-to-day caseload, ensuring due diligence in residential property transactions, and progressing cases efficiently using the OMS system. As a senior member of the team, you will be accountable for dealings with other lawyers and legal aspects on all property transactions.

You will assess risk on every transaction, draft legal documents, including standard precedent letters, contract packs, exchange letters, freehold AP1s, and freeform letters. Post-completion works include preparing and sending applications to the Land Registry, Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, file closures, checking account ledgers, and applying for searches.

Key skills required for this role include relevant experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, flexibility, strong organisation, planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
