We are seeking a hardworking and dynamic Casual Lettings Supervisor to join our team at this exciting time. This casual post will require flexibility, with confirmed hours to be determined once lettings bookings have been made.

As a Casual Lettings Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring clients only use booked facilities, leaving the facilities as found, and performing tasks such as locking the building and completing premises duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients only use booked facilities
  • Ensure facilities are left as found and all rubbish is taken away
  • Lock the building during weekday evening lettings and ensure the alarm system is effective
  • Open and close the building at required times during weekend lettings and stay on site for bookings inside the building
  • Open and close the outside of the building during evenings and weekend lettings on the MUGA, and be on site for the first and last 15 minutes of the letting
  • Complete premises tasks such as sweeping and cleaning the outside of the building

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends on a casual basis
  • Ability to deal with emergencies occurring outside normal working hours
  • Ability to work as part of a team
