Housekeeper - Nursery Environment

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our children, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery, including the children's bathroom and nappy change areas.
- Perform daily laundry duties as required.
- Respond to issues requiring confidentiality, such as personal information regarding children.
- Assist with domestic tasks, including supporting during mealtimes and cleaning equipment.
- Previous experience of cleaning within a domestic or commercial property.
- Food Safety CIEH L2 or above (or equivalent) – this must be passed on day 1 in post.
- Sound knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues, children, and parents.
