Education Support Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to lead our SEN provision at a special school catering to young people aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Barnet.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEN policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt curricula and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning requirements.
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on SEN-related issues.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, estimated to be between £20,100 and £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
