Job Overview

Cornwallis Elt is seeking a skilled Digital Programme Manager to join their Programme Management Office (PMO) in Northampton. The successful candidate will work on a critical Programme of work with large-scale projects across digital and payments services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven PMO experience on large technology / regulatory programmes, preferably within a Financial Services organisation or Blue Chip company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a large-scale organisation (Financial Services or Blue Chip)
  • Familiarity with regulatory and digital technologies would be beneficial
  • Understanding of software delivery experiences (SDLC)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple project work streams
  • Strong experience managing change projects
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £54,000 per annum, including a base salary of £45,000 - £63,000 and bonus + benefits.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for software delivery experiences and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
