Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care using evidence-based guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines
- Carry out all clinical care in line with Brainkind policies and procedures
- Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan
- Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift
Stagenhoe is a Brainkind specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, caring for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions. Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support and help improve the lives of people with a neurological condition or brain injury.
About You- A registered nurse with post-registration experience in the clinical field
- Knowledge of best clinical practice for client group
- Awareness of current legislation within the independent care sector
