Head of Asset Management and Sustainability

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Asset and Sustainability team at Aspire Housing. As Head of Asset Management and Sustainability, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy and culture aligned to our Corporate Plan 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop delivery plans that meet the objectives of the business strategic priorities for asset management.
  • Lead the legislative and corporate plan requirements for sustainability in our approach to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
  • Manage all asset data held within our management system, providing good quality, accurate business intelligence shaping the corporate investment decisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, taking a proactive role in projects, including effective planning and monitoring of projects.

About the Role:

This is a 12-18 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our team, you will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and value-driven culture. You will have the opportunity to drive and define our Band C programme, shaping the future of our asset management and sustainability strategy.

  • A competitive salary of £5,980.00 per annum.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Asset leader who is confident and articulate, able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of delivering safe and decent homes and excellent housing services through your teams.
