We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, in accordance with regulatory frameworks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency
• Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
• Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide team members
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Support and mentor colleagues in line with the NMC Code, ensuring adherence to its guidelines

• Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and residents
