Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - DHL eCommerce UK

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support for a range of bespoke Applications and Windows-based systems, supporting both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for a range of bespoke in-house Applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Configure PC hardware, including networking.
  • Perform installations and upgrades on systems for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with 3rd line support to address and resolve escalated incidents.

About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist who can communicate effectively with IT Teams and the business. You will have demonstrable experience within a Technical role and proven experience in managing high priority IT business-related issues.
