Job Purpose:

To drive the successful implementation and support of the Workday platform across the globe, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Group Head of HRIS and stakeholders to deliver business-critical Workday projects, focusing on implementation and optimization.
  2. Apply advanced Workday knowledge to support various global implementation and improvement projects, leveraging expertise in Time and Attendance functionality.
  3. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Workday Absence or Time Tracking, with a focus on expanding knowledge to other modules like Workday Payroll.
  4. Lead configuration design and development for Workday-based initiatives, including Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and Attendance configuration, and security role design.
  5. Create and manage EIB data loading strategies for rollouts and mass data initiatives, ensuring efficient data management.
  6. Support key Workday clients and stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover, and support phases, providing expert guidance and assistance.
  7. Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support and cyclical process support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  8. Deliver system enhancements and manage the cyclical Workday update processes and tenant maintenance processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
  9. Lead implementation and design workshops, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  10. Develop and execute test scripts, leveraging adjacent toolkits to ensure thorough testing and validation.
  11. Build Workday reports to meet business requirements, aligning with the company's data strategy and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced Workday knowledge and experience in supporting global implementation and improvement projects.
  2. Subject matter expertise in Workday Absence or Time Tracking, with a willingness to expand knowledge to other modules like Workday Payroll.
  3. Experience in developing and maintaining Time and Attendance configurations, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
