HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical General Supervisor to oversee our diverse mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical engineering team.
• Ensure all mechanical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mechanical engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
