Asset Financial Director

The Asset Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the Industrial Finance team for Vermont and Simcoe Manufacturing. This role will require exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support the business in developing and executing effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the Industrial Finance team for Vermont and Simcoe Manufacturing, driving financial performance and contributing to the development of business strategies.
Collaborate with leadership teams to drive financial performance and implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles.
Lead cost improvement, restructuring, capex, and sourcing projects, analyzing sensitivities and building business cases.
Provide financial expertise and challenge on ad-hoc projects, driving business growth and improvement.
Lead process improvement and automation opportunities in the Finance and Performance Management space, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee all Cost Controlling activities, including Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, and Costing, performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services (SCFS).
Develop relationships within the North American supply chain, driving performance improvements and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Drive change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Provide incisive and persuasive management performance reporting and analysis solutions, driving business decisions and growth.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred, with 5+ years of relevant finance work experience.
Business partnering experience, with clear, focused, and sound financial assessment and guidance, driving strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.
Prior work experience in Supply Chain Finance strongly preferred; SAP experience a plus.
Microsoft Office required; Advanced Excel required.
This position is bonus eligible.
This position is Long-Term Incentive (LTI) eligible.
