**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join our team at Substantial Group. As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing fibre connections into customer premises while maintaining an outstanding level of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Install fibre connections into customer premises
• Maintain the highest standard of customer service
• Manage tools and vehicles assigned to you
• Complete assigned tasks on time
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance
**Requirements**
• Experience working in a similar role, preferably on or on behalf of the Openreach Network
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
• Demonstrable experience working in a networking engineering environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Clear and concise communication abilities
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
