Job Summary

Oliver Valves is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to source top talent.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Provide proactive and on-demand support to line managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
