Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing and pipefitting, with experience in managing mechanical projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects valued between £50,000 and £1.5 million, primarily focusing on commercial refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-construction procurement process for subcontract and equipment packages
  • Technical submission process
  • Technical review and RFI process
  • Production of health and safety documentation
  • Full management of the construction stage, working closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
  • Full management of the commissioning and handover process
