Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Transformation team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our B2B and B2C websites.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Umbraco CMS Management: Oversee day-to-day website maintenance, including building new pages, updating content, and ensuring the site remains functional and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • SEO and UX: Implement on-page SEO techniques and continuously improve the user experience by streamlining navigation, improving user journeys, and ensuring the site meets the needs of both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit website copy, including engaging Call To Actions (CTAs), product descriptions, and blogs, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and voice.
  • Website Performance Monitoring: Regularly check for broken links, load speed issues, and other website errors, ensuring all technical aspects (e.g., security updates) are addressed promptly.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a performance marketing role, with extensive experience with Umbraco CMS, HTML/CSS, and Google Analytics.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO, UX/UI knowledge, and proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and SEO-optimised content.
