Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Team Leader

At Lidl, we're looking for a skilled Warehouse and Inventory Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and train your team to maintain high standards and efficient processes
  • Support Shift and Department Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
  • Conduct regular stock checks and proactively address any discrepancies with suppliers
  • Coordinate stock-takes to protect inventory and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date merchandising plans and slot labels
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and development
  • Calm and analytical approach with attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasking skills to manage competing deadlines
  • Self-motivation, positivity, and a focus on achieving targets
  • Effective communication style to engage with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
