Assessment and Intervention Expert

As an Assessment and Intervention Expert, you will conduct thorough, unbiased assessments to determine the extent of claimants' disabilities and develop tailored intervention plans to address their specific needs. This demanding yet fulfilling role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
The compensation package for this position includes a base salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, complemented by a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus, and an OTE of £45,650. You will also benefit from a range of employee perks, including a company laptop and mobile phone, health and wellbeing programs, annual charity days, and company-matched pension schemes.
To excel in this challenging and rewarding role, you should possess at least one year of post-qualification experience, hold valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions, and exhibit superior communication and IT skills.
