About the Role:

Pertemps Exeter is seeking a skilled Yard Operative to join our team at a leading recycling company based in Exeter. As a Yard Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to sort and process recyclable materials
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily targets and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £25,038 per annum
  • Overtime paid at £19.26 per hour after 40 hours worked per week
  • Monday-Friday working hours with 30 minutes paid break and 30 minutes unpaid break
