About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Casual Duty Manager at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all departments, ensuring that the centre runs smoothly and providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary

This is a casual role offering daytime or evening shifts, including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate of £[estimated salary] (plus holiday relief pay allowance). We offer a range of staff benefits, including membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme and discounts at leisure activities, restaurants, shops, and other establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
  • Previous experience of working in a leisure/sporting or fitness environment is essential.
  • A sporting/recreation or management qualification is also desirable.
