We offer an estimated salary range of £110,000 to £140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for this key role.

Job Description:

As a Senior Regulatory Advisor at AtkinsRéalis, you will be responsible for providing collaborative and supportive advice and leadership to help solve complex permissioning and organizational change issues in a safety-critical utility industry.

You will work closely with clients from operational to executive level, delivering critical national infrastructure capabilities, including Carbon Net Zero ambitions. Your experience in helping people assure success in both programme and safety delivery, independent of technology, will be invaluable.

The successful candidate will lead teams of staff of different skills and levels to deliver complex and evolving objectives, driving creative and innovative consultancy advice to existing and new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered or Professional Engineer status, possibly at Fellow level, or equivalent previous experience and history of responsibility supported by an appropriate training route and breadth of professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory framework for high-hazard and/or safety-critical industries.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to persuade others, and social intelligence.
