Air Conditioning Specialist

At Ballymore, we are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing heat interface units and fan coil units across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing of heat interface units and fan coil units in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Ensure properties have correct heating, ventilation, air cooling, and water temperatures all year round.
  • Perform repairs identified during servicing, including removal/replacement of pumps, valves, and actuators, plus bleeding systems.
  • Update and log all results within 24 hours of servicing completion and advise sites when updates are complete.
  • Log and report all defects and repairs required to the electrical supervisor.
  • Perform general plumbing repairs.
  • Update management to maintain adequate stocks of materials and identify requirements for critical spares.
  • Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation.
  • Deliver a first-class service to customers and clients.
  • Perform duties in accordance with departmental health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Plumbing or HVAC qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to use initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in undertaking maintenance activities within a complex multi-building environment.
  • Understanding of good customer care.
  • Experience working in a residential environment.
