About the Role

Leading a team of retail professionals at Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance store performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on their operational and leadership skills.
  2. Cultivate a passionate and knowledgeable team, ensuring they can effectively promote products and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Drive trade activity and sales growth, leveraging your expertise to maximize profit and improve store performance.
  4. Lead and develop your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plans and resource-planned activities, identifying and resolving root cause issues.
  5. Ensure the safety of your colleagues and maintain a secure environment, coaching the team to utilize security tools effectively.
