Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Science Biostatistics Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer, a leading talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT. As a specialist in biostatistics and data science, you will be responsible for developing statistical programs, managing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing real-world data.

About the Role

As a Data Science Biostatistics Specialist, you will:

  • Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs for the analysis of real-world data
  • Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with biostatisticians, data scientists, and clinical researchers to design and implement statistical analyses
  • Create comprehensive documentation for programming processes, data management workflows, and analysis results
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-world data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong statistical knowledge and proficiency in AdAM and SDTM programming
  • Experience with large, messy datasets and real-world data sources, such as electronic health records, claims data, or patient registries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
