Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Information Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of information security across all domains, including Identity and Access Management, Infrastructure Security, and Privilege Access Management. You'll be comfortable with leading change and challenging where appropriate to drive good security standards. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise with people at all levels of the business and external partners.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual-located between your home and our London office. At BHF, we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Azure experience
  • Microsoft Defender Security Stack experience
  • Identity and Access Management experience

You'll also have strong analytical skills, able to see a problem and identify solutions. Your strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills will enable you to develop strong working relationships quickly and with ease.

In addition to a salary uplift for on-call responsibilities, you'll receive a separate allowance for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
