Manchester Museum, part of the prestigious University of Manchester, is seeking a talented Editorial Content Creator to join its Communications and Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality written content that brings the Museum's rich stories to life across various platforms.
About the Role
- Develop a calendar of regular editorial content that reflects the Museum's tone of voice and engages a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling stories that showcase the Museum's collections, communities, and work.
- Immerse yourself in the Museum's collections to draw out new stories and perspectives.
- Champion diverse voices and provide new insights into the Museum's work.

- A nose for a story and a love of writing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A willingness to challenge existing narratives and bring fresh perspectives.
- Experience in developing content calendars and creating engaging written content.
