This position requires full-time commitment at our headquarters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the UK Head of Forecasting & Reporting. This division manages all financial data for the entities operating from the central office, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and budgeting/forecasting.

The role has emerged due to significant growth in recent years, including several acquisitions and the need for substantial process enhancements. You will oversee the daily financial operations of all departments under your purview and may be involved in future acquisitions and integrations.

You will collaborate as part of the management accounts process and provide necessary training to the core team as needed. You will have complete responsibility for the financial figures of your designated departments and will be equipped to address any inquiries that arise.

  • Managing all overhead expenses for specific departments, including the calculation and entry of monthly prepayments and accruals into the financial system.
  • Generating departmental reports to assist with financial planning, including reviewing and analyzing any discrepancies between actual results and budgeted/forecasted figures.
  • Building strong relationships with relevant commercial departments and serving as a financial business partner for numerical inquiries.
  • Calculating and managing figures for inclusion in quarterly budgets and forecasts for specific departments/cost lines.
  • Presenting monthly financial reports to your direct supervisor and senior finance personnel as required.

  • Supporting group and statutory audits for relevant areas.
  • Assisting with the integration of new subsidiaries.
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar financial role.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel to analyze complex data and derive business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to provide constructive challenges.
