Job Title: Mechanical HVAC Contracts Manager and Procurement Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical HVAC Contracts Manager and Procurement Specialist to join our East Midlands business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple mechanical contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the commercial department to prepare and review budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports related to mechanical contracts.
* Liaise with all stakeholders and contractors ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction to the highest level.
* Collaborate with project teams to plan and coordinate the execution of works, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
* Weekly reporting on project progress.
* Ensure sub-contractors are procured in a timely manner, ensuring the contract is kept on target from the outset.
* Manage site installation.
