Commissioning Relationship Manager

We are Eden Futures, a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Our mission is to empower people to live fulfilling lives, and we're seeking a skilled Commissioning Relationship Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for commissioner, social worker, and family referral enquiries, coordinating with operational colleagues to manage void properties within allocated regions.
- Support operational colleagues in promoting their void services through marketing activities, including open days, void notifications, phone calls, conferences, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop a clear understanding of all voids in the region by visiting services directly and completing void action plans with operational colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Eden Futures Bid Manager to complete mini-tenders specific to the region and suitable for voids, and assist with other regions as needed.
- Build key stakeholder relationships through regular contact and maintain these to generate referrals for existing voids in the region.
- Keep regional trackers up-to-date by minute-taking on weekly void calls, monitoring internal email inboxes, and conversations with area managers.
- Support operational colleagues on the referral process, including liaising with housing colleagues, finance colleagues, and the wider business.
- Experience working in social care services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and drive them forward alongside colleagues.
- Experience driving revenue in a business through sales, relationship building, and marketing activities.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and experience utilizing CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
