Estimator - Fit Out & Refurbishment Job Description

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in a Fit Out & Refurbishment role. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for various construction projects, including fit out and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting technical drawings and generating quotations for clients
  • Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure the best prices
  • Producing formal quotations and tenders for clients
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Working on projects ranging in value from £250k to £4m
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically in fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
