We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time neuropsychologist to join our client as the principal psychologist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision and development of high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation practice.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,500 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £6,000. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team comprising Assistant Psychologists, Rehabilitation Support Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists. As the principal psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic, professional leadership to the team
  • Ensuring the provision and development of high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation practice
  • Contributing highly specialist psychological advice to the formulation of therapeutic approaches or intervention plans
  • Prioritizing workloads, administering, and interpreting psychometric tests, and conducting clinical research or audit
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A strong background in neuropsychology and experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
