Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enabling patients to live as independently as possible by providing expert rehabilitation services.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health Professions Council. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate judgment in complex clinical/operational problems, which require investigating, analysing, assessing and resolving. You will also have awareness of the application of the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and be able to monitor and manage your own and team performance, as well as your caseload.
